I had a mixed experience at Grand Whiz Poins Simatupang Jakarta. The breakfast was definitely a highlight, delicious with a variety of options that I thoroughly enjoyed. However, I found the rooms to be a bit small, and there were some maintenance issues present. The location is convenient for nearby attractions, but the deposit policy and ATM situation was frustrating.

My stay at Grand Whiz Poins Simatupang was enjoyable, thanks to the excellent hospitality and a fantastic breakfast selection. However, I did experience issues with the air conditioning during my stay, which took away from the comfort of my room. Still, the views from my 25th-floor room were stunning and I appreciated the hotel's strategic location near shopping areas.
